1. Your event will receive our full attention. You deserve nothing less.

2. You will receive a personal consultation carefully covering all the details of your event at least one month prior to the event (not one or two days before). You may choose to do this in person or by phone. To ensure that no details are lost, please fill out the relevant Online Planner for your event.

3. We are always available to discuss details of your event by phone, fax, or email. We will provide a mobile phone number so that you can quickly reach us in an emergency. We will follow up with you 3 days before the event to confirm any last minute details.

4. We will arrive on time. Whenever possible, our sound system will be set up and sound checked before your guests arrive.

5. Our staff will be dressed appropriately. We dress to please. Your event may require formal attire, or you may prefer a more semiformal or casual look. Either way, you will not be disappointed.

6. We will act professionally. We will treat you and your guests with courtesy. When children are present, we will attempt to keep objectionable lyrics out of our show and keep it "family friendly."

7. We will use only professional, top-of-the-line, lighting and sound systems. Your party will NEVER have to end early due to equipment failure. Our cutting-edge systems are designed for use in the most demanding environments.

8. If we don't meet our contractual obligations, we'll either happily refund 50% of your deposit or give you a voucher for DJ services to be redeemed at a later date. This is unprecedented in the Disc Jockey industry. We put our money where our mouth is!

Final event balances must be received 10 days prior to the event date -- the balance payment date will be clearly specified in your contract. There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

Gratuities given to disc jockey at an event are at the sole discretion of the client.

Cancellations and Refunds

An agreement to perform cannot be canceled or modified except in writing by the client, no less than thirty (30) days prior to the event. If cancellation notice is received by AMAZING PRODUCTIONS within thirty (30) days, 50% of the deposit shall be refunded. For cancellations of an event that will be rescheduled, AMAZING PRODUCTIONS will retain Client's deposit and apply it to the rescheduled event. Rescheduling for events canceled due to inclement weather shall be accommodated whenever possible. If AMAZING PRODUCTIONS cannot provide services on the rescheduled date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded to the Client.

Also, per our contract, Amazing Productions will refund 50% of any client's deposit if:

1) AMAZING PRODUCTIONS is not ready to perform by the "Event Start Time" stipulated in your contract
2) At any time during the Event there is an interruption of music longer than ten (10) minutes     attributable to the failure of AMAZING PRODUCTIONS' equipment.

Contract

The completion of a contract is required prior to all services rendered. Your signed contract must be returned to us along with the required deposit in order to to perfect your reservations. We may provide specific time limitations or deadlines under which our contract offer will be honored, and we may revoke or amend our offer at any time should you fail to respond within the time frame allowed. In circumstances under which the normal contract process cannot proceed, such as when services are requested and rendered with immediate urgency, the default terms of our basic and usual contract for such services shall apply. Acceptance or use of the services shall constitute assent to those terms.
