Aside from having a great music collection, and a knack for entertaining,
most people will agree that a DJ can only put on as good of a show as
his/her equipment will allow. Unfortunately, many entertainers think,
". . . even though my gear is 10 years old, it still works fine --
might as well just use it." We don't think this way. Just
as with computer hardware and software, audio and lighting technology
evolves nearly every 2-3 years, meaning that much of today's equipment
features radically different technology from that of the late 1990's.
